The compositions are a blend of kirtan style call and response (Sita Ram, Om Namo), traditional mantras (Guru Brahma, Wahe Guru, Rama) and original devotional songs (Come Peace, Namaste).

Produced by Amy in Toronto and Nashville, the artist also plays piano, harmonium and recorder. Musicians include George Koller on bass, dilruba and sitar; Jason Fowler on acoustic and electric guitars; Matt Brubeck on cello; Dan Dugmore on Pedal Steel; and Gary Craig on percussion.

The CD's gentle pace is the perfect backdrop for yin and restorative yoga practice, meditation or relaxation.
